You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

2 Delivery Estimates
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and commence from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.
Note: Remote or rural areas may experience slightly longer delivery times. We are not responsible for courier delays once the parcel has left our facility.
3 Shipping Coverage
We currently deliver to all states and territories within Australia.
Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
4 Lost or Missing Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated timeframe:
- Please check your tracking number for any delivery attempted notices
- Check with neighbours or your building management
- Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date
We will investigate with the courier on your behalf. Claims made after 7 days of expected delivery may not be eligible for compensation.
5 Risk & Title
Risk of loss and title for items purchased from our store pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. We are not liable for any damages that occur during transit.
However, we do carefully package all items to minimize the risk of damage.
